Nerea Lurgain, nacida en San Sebastián en 1977, forma parte del Projecte Bressol, iniciativa perteneciente al Plan de Dinamización de la Moda Catalana de la Generalitat de Catalunya.

‘Undressing my body’
Se inspira en el cuerpo humano femenino. Tomando la cabeza como referencia la diseñadora ha escogido el cabello para estampar, mediante serigrafía, su pelo escaneado y llevarlo a prendas de punto circular y cuerdas.
También ha querido plasmar la belleza y naturalidad del cuerpo desnudo en la vestimenta, mostrar el desnudo estampado sobre unas piezas de ropa cómodas y amplias, prendas inspiradas en el trabajo que realizó el artista Yves Klein.
‘Klein cubría con pintura azul a una serie de modelos femeninas y las estampaba contra el lienzo dejando así la importancia del cuerpo desnudo de las modelos sobre la tela y usándolas como si fuesen “pinceles vivientes”.
Estas “Antropometrías” representaban la “salud que nos lleva a la existencia”.Como él decía, para retener la vida misma y presente y ausente al mismo tiempo.’
El artista patentó el color azul eléctrico con el nombre IKB (”International Klein Blue”). La diseñadora sigue su máximo exponente y decide bautizar un color protagonista en la colección como ILG (”International Lurgain Green”).
Colección con tejidos naturales, con colores pasteles de base y toque de color en estampados, bordado y fornituras, dividida en dos familias que se combinan perfectamente entre ellas. En esta temporada cuenta con la colaboración de la escultora Clara Moranta, con la creación de piezas con piel de vaca.

‘Undressing my body’
It inspires by the human feminine body. Taking the head as a reference the designer has chosen the hair to stamp, by means of silk-screen printing, her scanned hair and to take it to articles and sane of circular point.
Also it has wanted to form the beauty and naturalness of the nake body in the gown, to show the nude stamped on a few comfortable and wide pieces of clothes, articles inspired by the work that the artist Yves Klein realized.
'Klein was covering with blue painting a series of feminine models and was stamping them against the linen making like that the importance of the nake body of the models on the fabric and using them as if living paintbrushes were . These Anthropometries were representing the health that takes us to the existence . As he was saying, to retain the life itself and present and absent at the same time. '
The artist patented the blue electrical color with the name IKB ( International Klein Blue ). The designer is still her maximum exponent and protagonist decides to baptize a color in the collection as ILG (International Lurgain Green ). Collection with natural fabrics, with colors pastry of base and touch of color in prints, embroidery and leather shoulder-straps, divided in two families that are combined perfectly between them. In this season it possesses the collaboration of the sculptress Clara Moranta, the creation of pieces skin of cow.
